Steak with Pink Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients
What you need.
- 2 ribeye steaks or filet mignon
- 1 tbsp Josie's Sweet Caviar Madagascar Pink Peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2–3 tbsp brandy (optional)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
Method
How to make it.

Crush the pink peppercorns and season the steaks with salt and the crushed peppercorns.

Cook the steaks in butter over medium-high heat to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

Deglaze the pan with brandy (if using) and let it reduce briefly.
- 04
Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.

Return the steaks to the pan, spoon over the sauce, and serve.
